About Gregor's House
The house has a long tradition. It was built in 1928 for a baker and his family. It passed along whit the business from generation to generation. Until it was bought by Gregor and Tanya. After extensive renovation, it has started new life as a guesthouse for international and Slovenian students. Because it's positive past and energy of young inhabitants has a very nice and welcoming wibe.

We are providing quality accommodation in Ljubljana exclusively for students and young professionals.
All of the units that we rent and manage, belong to us (we are not a residential letting agent or property management company). Therefore, if you rent student accommodation from us you know that you are dealing directly with the property owner.
We let our shared student flats room-by-room under individual tenancy agreements, so you do not need to be part of a group to rent student accommodation from us.

Gregor’s house is located near Faculty of Sports, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Health Sciences and just 7 min by bus or bike from downtown.
Nearest Faculties: Faculty of Sports (0,5 km), Faculty of Medicine (1,5 km), Faculty of Health Sciences (1,9 km), Faculty of Law (2 km). Faculty of Theology (2 km). Academy for Theatre, Radio, Film and Television (2,5 km), Faculty of Architecture (3,1 km), Faculty of Economics (4,0km). You beneiti from direct bus lines to all above mentioned faculties! All other faculties in radius of 3,5 km to 5,5 km.
Since there is no steep hills in Ljubljana the bike is best way to travel.
